These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our review removal services provided by Unreview LLC. By submitting payment or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment Policy

  • Unreview LLC charges per successful review removal.
  • To protect our business and employees, all payments are collected upfront before services are initiated.
  • If we are unable to remove the review(s) within a reasonable amount of time, you will receive a full refund.

2. Definition of “Successful Removal”

A review is considered successfully removed when:

  • It no longer appears publicly on the platform where it was originally posted, and
  • The removal is not the result of the reviewer voluntarily deleting the review after your direct request.

3. Refund Guarantee

  • If we are not able to remove the review(s), we will refund your payment in full.
  • Refund eligibility is contingent on:
    • Allowing Unreview LLC sufficient time to pursue removal.
    • Full cooperation from you, including providing any necessary supporting documentation.

4. Timeframes

  • We aim to have reviews removed within 14 days of receiving payment.
  • However, the exact timeframe may vary based on:
    • The platform where the review is posted,
    • The content of the review,
    • The level of engagement (e.g., likes, comments, shares).
  • We will communicate transparently throughout the process and update you on progress.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome Beyond Refund

While we use proven methods to secure review removals, no outcome can ever be guaranteed due to the independent policies of third-party platforms. Our guarantee is limited strictly to a refund if removal is not achieved.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the review in question.
  • Do not interfere with the removal process once initiated (e.g., do not contact the reviewer directly).
  • Adhere to these Terms to maintain eligibility for our refund guarantee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unreview LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the existence of the review or the review removal process. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the removal service.

8. Amendments

Unreview LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
