In order to be removed, Google reviews must violate policy. To report a Google review, navigate to your Business Profile on Google Search or Maps, find the review, and select the 3-dot menu. Then, select the “Report review” option. Afterwards, choose the appropriate violation reason (e.g., spam, conflict of interest, or offensive content).

You can also report reviews using Google’s review management tool: https://support.google.com/business/workflow/9945796

Just click the “Report” review link, and choose the most relevant policy violation option.
Once the review has been reported (either directly from Google Search/Maps or the dashboard above), you’ll be able to view the status of the report. If the initial report has been denied or is unsuccessful, you can escalate the report to trigger another review of your report.

Regardless of whether the review has been removed or not, it’s important to write a professional response to the Google review, which can help manage the situation and communicate to other individuals that your business cares about its reputation and actively works to resolve issues when they arise.
